The staff were superb and very helpful! My room was clean, and the bed provided great comfort. Breakfast was excellent. The ladies serving were beyond helpful and displayed smiling, happy faces each morning. The breakfast selection was plentiful and quite nice, offering a good variety.
I found the room to be quite small. This affected my overall comfort. The space felt cramped, and it was difficult to move around freely.

The hotel is ideally located near king's cross station. i found the staff very interactive and helpful . it was a short walk to the eurostar terminal, very convenient. i had no issues leaving my luggage after checkout. It was secured without extra charge.
